The course is aimed at providing students with a broad picture on the English law of contract. In this course, we will particularly focus on leading cases of this area. However, the main structure and major concepts will also be dealt with. Each student is expected to read some cases (which will be told in advance) before the class begins and be ready to join the discussions.
